Hi, I'm Becs, the maker behind The Everyday Makerie.

I’ve been sewing for over 12 years and crocheting for around 5, and making things has become such a big part of my everyday life. I’m happiest when I’ve got a project on the go - whether that’s designing a crochet pattern, sewing something new, or some other new creative hobby I've just picked up on a whim!

I'm from the beautiful North Coast of Northern Ireland and live with my  husband and our very much adored (and slightly spoilt) goldendoodle, Gus, who insists on being involved in absolutely everything.

When I’m not making, you’ll usually find me watching a rom-com, dog walking, playing golf, planning my next project, or convincing myself I definitely don’t need to start another one yet… and then starting it anyway.

The Everyday Makerie is my way of sharing that love of making. My hope is that this space encourages you to slow down, get creative, and enjoy making things you’re genuinely proud of.
